30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions by email.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your keychain is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@mykeepsake.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review your request and do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned without prior approval

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first.
Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Keepsake Lane is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
